"Let me go, let me go, I said let me go, dammit!"

When he was shoved into the car, Rain was too shocked to have time to throw a tantrum. Moreover, he couldn't get over his surprise at the event he had just fled from to escape being caught. So, the entire journey from that illegal race venue to this large, completely silent house, the young man could only stare wide-eyed, his two hands clutching his chest which was beating like a drum.

Even after the car came to a complete stop, Rain still hadn't snapped out of it. It wasn't until the driver's side door opened and the car's owner came in, pulling his two arms to drape over broad shoulders, and exerted strength to lift him by carrying him over his shoulder again, that the small frame...

...started yelling.

He guessed because the blood rushed to his head, he regained some sense.

"Let go! I said let me go!"

Whack!

"Oww!!!"

Rain cried out loudly from the pain. When the person carrying him didn't respond with words but instead landed a whack on his round buttocks, sending a sharp, stinging pain right to his head, the small frame, which had been struggling to fall from the broad shoulders, stiffened completely.

Since he was born, even his Phô and Máa had never spanked his butt!

"Let go, how dare you hit... Oww!"

As soon as he yelled, the large hand came down on the other round buttock, causing its owner to cry out loudly, his eyes brimming with tears of pain and shock.

"Phîi Payu!" What! This formidable youth wasn't out of moves yet. He shouted the name angrily, but the result he got was...

Whack!

Rain got a full blow on his butt.

"Go on, yell again."

"Oww!"

The injured person made a sobbing sound instead of answering. He didn't dare cry out, didn't dare call out, didn't even dare twitch, because his butt was completely numb. He could only tightly grip the shirt on the back of the person carrying him, blaming himself for crying like that because the blood had rushed to his head, squeezing out tears, not because he was upset at being punished like this.

Yes, Phîi Payu was extremely angry.

This time, no matter how stupid he was, he could perceive that the large man was frighteningly angry.

Once the small frame stopped struggling, Payu, for his part, fished out keys to unlock the door. He took long strides into the house, using his foot to kick the door shut without wasting any time. While he could feel the person in his arms trembling with fear, he didn't feel even a shred of pity. This time, if he didn't teach him a lesson he'd remember, he didn't know where else the boy would go looking for trouble to get into.

The tall frame stepped thump, thump up to the second floor without wasting time turning on lights, heading straight to open the door to one of the bedrooms, and then... threw him.

"Oww!!!"

Rain cried out loudly. Even though he was thrown onto a soft bed, the force of falling from a height was enough to make him flip over and groan in pain, his hands clutching his stinging butt wasn't enough, it had slammed down with full force.

Thump!

"Oof." Then the lights flashed on, forcing the one who wasn't accustomed to it to raise his hands against the light, squinting his eyes in annoyance.

Both hurt and embarrassed, I'm really angry now.

Rain thought to himself, biting his lip until it hurt. Once he felt a bit better, he looked up, intending to scold the person who had physically harmed him.

"How could you do this to me..."

But every word had to be swallowed back down his throat.

Even though Phîi Payu often sent him malicious or mocking smiles, the other party had never looked at him with such terrifying eyes before. It was as if a huge fire was smoldering within them. The tall frame stood with his arms crossed, his height of over a hundred and eighty centimeters making him seem small and insignificant. Even the shadow cast over his frame looked threatening enough to make the small youth tremble.

Payu still hadn't said a word, and the other young man was already scared enough for his hair to stand on end.

The tall frame remained silent, while the one with the sore butt was speechless. It was as if, during those long minutes, Payu was making the young man realize what he had done wrong.

What should he do?

The previous indignation was turning into regret as Rain realized he had caused trouble for the other party.

No, you idiot Rain, Phîi Payu teased you first. You're not wrong at all.

"Do you realize what you've done?" If his expression was scary, his low, suppressed voice, as if holding back anger, was even more terrifying.

"I... I..."

"If I hadn't been there, do you know what would have happened?"

"I'm sorry."

"I asked if you know, I don't want an apology!!!"

Gasp!

The young man started violently, looking up at the other party in extreme shock because Payu had shouted so loudly it echoed in the wide bedroom, making him tremble. He knew this wasn't just at the 'annoying' level, but probably way beyond 'catastrophic'. This made the small person shift his body...

...to flee all the way to the head of the bed.

"I... I..."

"Do you want to ruin your future or what?"

"Huh?" The shocked person cried out in confusion. But when he met the eyes that seemed like a storm going crazy, he quickly averted his gaze.

"I don't know where you got the news from that there was a race today, but use your brain and think. How much power must it take to organize an event in the middle of the street with people blocking the road for it? The kind where even the police don't dare press charges. Think about it simply. If people with that level of power are displeased that a kid went and disrupted their event, what will happen to that kid?" Payu said in a voice that grew colder, but the listener felt increasingly chilled to the bone.

The police... don't dare press charges!

"A stupid kid like you disappearing from the university, that's not a difficult thing, you know."

"I..."

Rain lowered his head to look only at his own palms. Strangely, the other's cold tone made his entire face feel hot.

He didn't know anymore if it was indignation, sadness, or what exactly.

"Where's this 'I'm all grown up' talk? Or do you think just crying and whining for your parents to help will make it all end? Do you really think just an apology will make everything end easily? Let me tell you, for some things, even if you kneel and beg and plead, it won't make certain people stop being angry! Grow up and act like an adult!" Payu's tone was heavy.

Plop, plop.

Nai Warain didn't want to cry either, but after the other finished speaking, and the only thing left in the whole room was the buzzing sound echoing in his head, clear teardrops fell plop onto his palms, looking pitiful. He understood well that he was the one who put himself in an untrustworthy situation, but did he have to be scolded to this extent?

"Oww!"

"Stop being a crybaby."

Sniffle.

Rain tried to wipe the tears off his cheeks, sniffled loudly sniff, sniff, but the tears stubbornly refused to stop flowing.

He didn't want to cry at all, but he couldn't help it.

The young man didn't even know what caused these tears; being scolded, or because of the other party's disappointed tone.

"I..... just wanted to get back at you for teasing me... that's all," the young man confessed softly.

"Dim-wit!"

"Oww!"

Feeling deeply wronged, Rain might be a somewhat stubborn young man, but he had never acted with malicious intent even once. Therefore, he had never heard anyone scold him and repeatedly call him a dim-wit like this before. The tears he tried to command to stop now flowed in streams.

He didn't want sympathy, but couldn't he at least speak nicely?

The young man could only keep his head bowed, wiping his tears with a pitiful manner, but the person watching thought he was being defiant.

"From now on, before you do anything, use your brain and think a little."

Clench!

The listener gripped the blanket tightly.

"If you have the brains to get into university, you must have the brains to think about what's appropriate and what's not," Payu said as his final words, then turned towards the bedroom door, his hand grabbing the doorknob intending to go out and calm his emotions first.

This fucking immature juvenile has no idea what kind of situation he put himself in!

If someone with connections brought you into that event as a guarantee, you'd be safe. But if not... Âi'gang's controlling the event would probably do as they pleased, before even reporting it to their boss.

"Dim-wit!"

But Payu had to freeze his hand, turning back to look at the person crying on the bed.

Snap!

A red face paired with wide, swollen red eyes looked up. The trembling, quivering mouth repeated the words.

"Dim-wit! Dim-wit... Hic! Dim-wit..."

The listener frowned, not thinking Rain would dare talk back to him, until he turned back to stand by the bed again. The other party didn't take his eyes off him for a single second. Even though he was crying nonstop, the look in his eyes, as if he had decided something, made Payu feel surprised.

Then, the little Rain was the one to escalate the intensity.

"You just keep scolding me, calling me a dim-wit. Fine, I can be a dim-wit. A dim-wit who does things without thinking. A dim-wit who gets himself into trouble. A dim-wit who makes you angry. No brains to think about what's right or proper. Just a stupid kid you look down on!" Rain shouted loudly, wiping the tears on one cheek until it turned red. Then, he sprang up to stand on the soft mattress.....

Grab!

...and then did something even Payu didn't anticipate...

The young man grabbed the collar of the older person, pulling him in, and mashed his lips down heavily.

"Just wait, I'll make you fall in love with a dim-wit like me until you don't dare scold me again!"

He didn't know if this was vengeance or the pain of being treated in a way he had never experienced in his whole life, but Rain had decided: if he was so stupid, then he would make this smart guy try loving a stupid person like him!!!

After finishing his thought process (kindergarten level), Warain leaned forward to hug the other's neck, mashing his lips firmly onto the nasty mouth that kept calling him stupid. He could feel the warmth, the softness, and the coppery taste of blood when his teeth knocked against the lips. He pressed heavily, feeling smug that he could make someone like Payu stunned too. So, he tried to press as close as possible.

A dim-wit like me can make you speechless too!

Crush!

"Oooof!"

But before the young man could feel triumphant, a large hand grabbed the back of his head and pulled tight, forcing the presumptuous lips back into close contact with the scorching hot mouth. Then, Payu sucked hard on the soft flesh, causing the recipient to shiver coldly. But it didn't end there, because a scorching hot tongue was forcing its way into his oral cavity.

From the one being chased away, he flipped to become the attacker reclaiming ground.

"Oof! Hooo."

It was true that Rain was the one who grabbed the other's collar, but now he was the one pushing against Payu's chest, struggling to escape the strong embrace. But the large man wasn't going to let him off easily, pressing on the back of his head until Rain couldn't break the kiss. He could only make muffled 'oof' sounds, which only opened an opportunity for the hotter tongue to sweep through the sweetness in his mouth, until clear fluid smeared the corners of both their mouths...

...until Payu was satisfied and withdrew his lips.

"Then I'll wait and see."

Flump!

The moment the large hand released the back of his head, Rain could only slump flump back onto the soft mattress again, eyes wide open in shock. The tears had stopped flowing, leaving only his clear cheeks flushed so red it was hard to find their original color, because the other party... licked his lips in satisfaction.

Slick!

Not to mention the thumb that reached out to wipe his mouth for him with one swift stroke, pressing his gaze to meet the red, swollen eyes.

"Just manage to do what you said with your mouth."

Payu licked his own finger, which was smeared with Rain's saliva, his sharp eyes gleaming with a challenge. Then, he turned and left the room.

The bedroom door closed, but the same young man still sat there in shock.

Sizzle!

A scorching heat licked up from the soles of his feet, turning his white skin into a faint pink hue, then traveled up to his face until it was completely flushed red. Not to mention the invisible smoke billowing from his head, until he had to raise his hands to cover his face, his other hand wiping his own mouth as well.

"Aaaaahhhhh!"

Rain used both hands to hit the soft bed, thrashing around, not knowing if this was indignation or embarrassment. But what was certain... his heart was beating so hard it was almost jumping out of his chest.

Âi'Psycho!

Judging by the situation, in this love war, Payu had won the first round by a landslide, because the challenger... had already crashed and hung up.

"Hmph."

At the same time, the one who secured the victory, standing motionless in front of the bedroom door, let out an involuntary laugh. At first, he only intended to teach the kid to realize what he had done, so he wouldn't go risking danger again. But who would have thought it would lead in this direction, the one he wanted.

"Make me fall in love, huh?" Payu chuckled throatily, thinking of the flushed red face of the kid who didn't know how to kiss, and couldn't help but laugh.

He went weak at the knees and slumped after just one kiss from him. What could he use to fight with this?

"Thought I wouldn't use my bad habits anymore."

Payu had one bad habit that had been buried since he grew up. But strangely, after meeting Rain, that habit he thought had died came surging up uncontrollably. The more he looked at those stubborn eyes turning red, moist, clearly hurt but unable to do anything to him, the more he couldn't suppress this habit.

The young man looked down at his own palms, which were trembling slightly.

Not because he felt guilty for making the kid cry, but they trembled because he wanted to mash the young man until he was moaning incoherently.

Clench!

"No, don't rush it yet." Payu clenched his fists together, telling himself to be patient. Because some things, if done hastily, especially after a certain someone declared they would win his heart like this...

...this matter has only just begun.

The thought made the tall figure let out a soft laugh as he moved away from the bedroom door to sleep in another room.

I'll retreat for tonight. I'll wait and see what move Rain will make.

The more he thought about it, the more the corners of his mouth lifted in satisfaction.

If you were to ask if there was ever a time you didn't want morning to come, believe me, a hundred out of a hundred people have felt this way. Some didn't want to go to school, some didn't want to go to work, some hadn't finished their work, some didn't want to fight with their boss, deal with work and clients. But for Nai Warain, he... didn't dare face the homeowner.

Rain wasn't really a morning person. Normally, on a day off, he would probably hibernate until noon; if he wasn't hungry, he wouldn't wake up. But now, it wasn't even properly seven in the morning yet, and the small figure was already lifting his head from the bed with blurry eyes, his hair a messy, shapeless mess, his clothes disheveled from tossing and turning.

This condition didn't look like someone who had just woken up. More like someone who hadn't slept.

Yes, the young man couldn't sleep, and he thought anyone who could fall asleep in a situation like this had nerves of steel.

Okay, yesterday he had classes all day, and on top of that, he didn't dare sleep because he was afraid of missing the appointment with his friend. Not to mention barging into the city car race, getting scolded until he cried like a boiled turtle. All that should have made him sleep like a log. But it was because of that final event at past three in the morning that made his brain freeze.

"I'll make you fall in love with a dim-wit like me until you don't dare scold me again!"

Grab!

Rain raised his hands to cover his face, letting out a muffled groan in his throat out of extreme embarrassment.

"What did I do?"

He wasn't sure either what he had done, but what was certain was that he had done it.

What fucking demon possessed me!

The small figure asked himself for the hundredth time, just as he had been asking all night while sitting stupidly, leaning against the headboard, staring blankly out the window.

He suspected last night must have been a dream.

Knock, knock... Click!

"Are you awake?"

The person who was deceiving himself started violently upon hearing the knocking sound, and he flinched even more, pulling the comforter over himself like a tent when a familiar-looking man, similar to the one whose mouth he had mashed last night, stepped in wearing a new set of clothes. His heart was beating like a drum.

Phîi, can you give me a moment to compose myself!

"What's wrong?" The tone he heard sounded normal, as if nothing happened last night. But Rain still didn't poke his head out.

The image of the other person licking his lips, licking his finger, flashed into his head, making his cheeks burn hotly.

He didn't want to admit it, but... so damned sexy!

"Did your lungs collapse?"

Snap!

"Whose lungs collapsed!"

Rain realized he had fallen for the taunt when he whipped the comforter off his face to retort to the other party, because Payu... was smiling!

"I thought you had already given up."

Last night, there were many moments where he thought about just swallowing his pride and apologizing, wouldn't that be better? So they could act like nothing happened. But when faced with that knowing smile, his stubborn, never-surrender-easily nature shot straight to his head. His mouth declared loudly without asking his brain even once, Have you thought this through?

"I'm not giving up to you!"

"Sure?"

"Sure!"

"Really?"

"Yes! I'll make you love me!"

Once again, Rain stepped right into the trap with a crash, when Payu repeatedly asked as if he was stupid, until he blurted it out. Only then did he realize he had dug his own grave.

"Good then," Payu said only that, then placed the clothes down at the foot of the bed. He looked at the child trying to lift his head defiantly, even though his cheeks and neck were so red it was scary, as if blood would flow and pool together in one place.

"Then you can go take a shower, so we can go down to eat."

The homeowner moved towards the bedroom door, making Rain almost sigh with relief. But he inevitably turned back again.

"I called and told the housekeeper to buy them for you. I don't know if the size is right, but judging by how I've held you... it shouldn't be off."

With that, Payu stepped out of the bedroom, leaving one confused individual behind.

"What the, the shirt size?"

Rain crawled over to look at the clothes left behind by that person. He unfolded them and looked, then frowned in confusion, because a size L shirt definitely wasn't his size. Without even looking at the pants, he knew he'd have to cuff the legs. But it was something else that fell out from between the shirt and pants that made his round eyes wider than goose eggs.

"This... this is..."

The young man pinched the small piece of cloth right into his line of sight, before yelling and throwing it against the opposite wall.

"Âi Phîi Payu!!!"

He knew now what was bought in the right size, because that small piece of cloth was undoubtedly a size S. That alone was embarrassing and shameful enough, but its style was even more embarrassing...

"Who the hell would be crazy enough to wear a G-string?!!!"

The white underwear, triangular in shape, had so little fabric he didn't know how it could be any less, making Rain throw a pillow towards the door. Completely insane!... He blushed.

"I wouldn't wear it even if you paid me!"

Warain declared loudly. But, as they say, the next thing he knew, he might have already put it on. Just like the next thing he knew... he had fallen right into Phîi Payu's trap.

A trap that Payu insisted was tighter than the one Boon used to catch the Manora spirit.

Nai Warain wasn't the type to take long showers, but he spent a full hour before walking down to the lower floor of the house. Only now did he have time to observe that both the bedroom and the interior of this house were in a modern style, emphasizing earth tones, giving a comfortable feeling to the eyes. There were few pieces of furniture, but they focused on utility, fitting for the home of the star student the professors often liked to use as an example.

Disgusting. To be this talented both inside and out.

The young man thought to himself, recalling the draft model he had submitted to the professor last week and felt disheartened. He thought he had put his all into it, but he was still criticized until tears nearly fell. He didn't know why people in this field had such sharp tongues. If you want to see someone hurt by words, look at the person who made him cry last night.

Even though when this person scolds, it hurts the feelings more.

"Thought you slipped, fell, and hit your head."

Look at you, with your curses too.

"I'm just someone who takes long showers," Rain averted his gaze, speaking softly as he stood still at the kitchen doorway, while the other person was sitting sipping coffee at the dining table, looking at something.

"Oh! Let's see if in your second year, you'll still take an hour to shower or just a minute." As they say, architecture students: just having time to shower is a blessing. Most of them fall asleep without even finishing their showers. That made the first-year student press his lips together tightly.

Right now, the actual shower was only about a minute, but the other fifty-nine minutes were spent hesitating about whether he should wear it or not!

"Does the size fit?"

Rain looked up, intending to retort, but when he met that pair of sharp eyes, and that person lowered his gaze to look at the table, as if he could see right through to his hips, the young man became speechless. He turned his face to avoid the gaze elsewhere, his two hands clenched into tight fists. He was so embarrassed he almost wanted to burrow into the ground and escape.

Meanwhile, Payu himself frowned in confusion. The tall figure was quite confident that a certain kid would retaliate. But here he was, sitting with a red face, clenched fists, head bowed, unwilling to speak, which made him feel surprised.

That's enough for today. Last night was heavy enough.

The young man thought to himself while looking at the dark circles under the other's eyes. Not to mention the small frame in an oversized t-shirt and cuffed pants that looked like he was wearing his Phô's clothes; it was so endearing that he was willing to let it go for now. Payu thus got up to bring the simple breakfast of sausages and fried eggs and placed it in front of his guest.

"Eat, so you'll have the strength to answer my questions."

Even though Rain looked somewhat distrustful, he quickly snatched up the fork and knife because yesterday he was too excited about the race and whatever to eat dinner. Now he was so hungry his stomach hurt.

"What's that, Phîi Payu?"

Once he started eating and there was only the sound of fork and knife, Rain craned his neck to look at the pile of documents Payu had gathered earlier to ease the awkwardness.

"Client presentation sketches for this Monday."

"Can I look at them?" As soon as he learned this was the real work of a graduated senior, the first-year student asked excitedly. The owner of the work pulled out a few sheets of paper and handed them over.

Amazing!

He might not have the experience to tell which work was good or bad, but the hand-sketched design for a two-story house by Phîi Payu was incredibly detailed and admirable. The shape was modern, not to mention the vast amount of information annotated on every sheet. That, too, made him look up at the designer.

"Don't just look, finish eating first." Seeing the child looking over with sparkling eyes, he made a move to take them back. But Rain pulled his hand back, shaking his head snap, snap, one hand stabbing a sausage, the other holding the design, eyes fixed intently on the paper like a little kid who got a lollipop.

The absorbed look made Payu start a conversation.

"Have you done any models this semester?"

"Yeah, a house model, Phîi Payu. But the plan hasn't passed yet. Got it sent back twice already."

"Manage your time well, or you won't make the deadline."

When the large person spoke to him nicely, Rain nodded emphatically in agreement, while still not taking his eyes off Payu's hand sketches. He seemed much more relaxed, and that was probably how the entire breakfast went, almost making him forget what he had declared.

If it weren't for....

Pat!

"The size fits, doesn't it?"

"Phîi Payu!"

Rain almost let the papers fall onto his plate, shuddering all over when the homeowner, who had walked behind him to refill his coffee, came back and stroked his hip. And he didn't need to be told to know what the stroke had touched... the edge of the G-string, of course!

That was it. The young man cried out with a flushed red face, turning snap to look at the large person.

But he ended up with a hot face himself.

"You said you'd make me love you, but you're already embarrassed just by this."

"I'm not embarrassed!"

Payu laughed, then willingly went to sit back opposite him, looking at the younger person who was trying to bare his fangs threateningly, both hands clutching his butt. Then he turned back to continue working, but still couldn't resist leaving a final remark that made a certain person almost want to hide under the table.

"I wonder what face you made when you put it on."

Âi'Psycho! I'm not talking to you anymore!

Thoughts of the person who bowed his head completely because... he was fucking embarrassed, that's why.

Seriously, with this, what am I going to use to defeat Phîi Payu? I'm already about to die of frustration!
